INSTRUCTIONS: TO RESET THE TIMER

When doing this, you will lose all feed times and all spin times. You will also lose the current time and day clock setting and the clock will reset to 12:00 A.M. MONDAY.

To reset, insert a small object such as a ballpoint pen tip or the end of a paper clip into the yellow "R" button. WAIT 3 SECONDS.

NOTE: ALL programs will also be lost when removing or changing the AA battery that powers the clock. Changing the AA battery also resets the timer to 12:00 A.M. MONDAY.

INSTRUCTIONS: SETTING THE TIME AND DAY

1. Remove the box lid; remove the clear round protective cover; install a rechargeable battery. Connect the red piggyback terminal to the red post on the battery and connect the black wire and piggyback terminal to the black post on the battery. Attach the battery to the Velcro strip to hold the battery in place.
2. RESET THE TIMER using the instructions above.
3. Press and hold down the "+" button for 3 seconds.
4. The "HOUR" indicator will begin to flash. Press the "+" to adjust the hour. Release the "+" button when the desired hour is reached. NOW WAIT 6 SECONDS.
5. 6 seconds later the "MINUTE" indicator will flash. Press the "+" to adjust the minute. Release the "+" button when the desired minute is reached. WAIT 6 SECONDS.
6. 6 seconds later the "DAY" indicator will flash. Press the "+" button to adjust to the proper day. Release the "+" button when the current day is reached. WAIT 6 SECONDS. The time and day is set.

INSTRUCTIONS: TO SET THE FIRST FEED TIME
1. Remove the clear round protective cover.
2. Press "PROG" button. Do not hold down. The number "1" will begin to flash in the bottom left corner of the screen.
3. Press the "PROG" button again. The HOUR indicator will begin to flash. Press "+" to adjust the hour.
4. Press "PROG" button to set the hour and advance to the MINUTE indicator. Press "+" to adjust the minute.
5. Press "PROG" button to set the minute and advance to the DAY indicator. Press "+" to advance through the day selections. There are several combinations. Stop when you reach your desired combination or day. The timer will return to the current time and day after WAITING 6 SECONDS.

TO SET A 2nd FEED TIME, A 3rd FEED TIME AND MORE FEED TIMES UP TO 16 FEED TIMES, DO THE FOLLOWING:

6. Press the "PROG" button. The number "1" will begin to flash in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
7. Press the "+" button to advance to the next program number. Stop at number "2".
8. Repeat the steps 2 through 5 above to set feeding times 2-16.

When all of your desired feeding times have been set, WAIT 6 SECONDS and the timer will return to the current time and day display.

INSTRUCTIONS: TO SET THE SPIN TIME

1. Press the "TEST" button. A spin time of 30 seconds is shown.
2. Press the "+" button to adjust the spin time (1-15 seconds). The timer will return to the current time and day display after WAITING 30 SECONDS.

INSTRUCTIONS: TO TEST

1. Press the "TEST" button, the spin time that you set before will show.
2. Press the "TEST" button again to start the test. There will be a 5 second delay, which allows you to move away, cover your face and use CAUTION. After the test, the time will return to the current time and day display after WAITING 45 SECONDS.

INSTRUCTIONS: TO CANCEL A FEED TIME

1. Press the "PROG" button. Press the "+" button to the feed time that you want to cancel.
2. Press and HOLD the "PROG" button about 3 seconds until the hour and minutes clear away. Release the button. WAIT 20 SECONDS and the timer will return to the current time and day.
